Why Abrams Armor Won't Be Able to Jumpstart Ukraine's Stalled Offensive

Three months into Ukraine's costly counteroffensive, US officials have announced that the first batch of ten of 31 M1 Abrams tanks will finally be delivered to Kiev by mid-September.
