JOURNALIST Glenn Greenwald has blamed coronavirus measures for the violent burglary at his Brazil home last month.
Speaking to Tucker Carlson's Fox News show, he said that he was attacked by armed assailants, while his husband and children were out of town, in a robbery, that he thinks was a result of "desperation" after months of lockdown.

David Michael dos Santos Miranda, 36, is a politician, from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
He was raised by his aunt in Jacarezinho after the death of his mother when he was five.
After dropping out of school, he worked in menial jobs before meeting Greenwald.
