WHO chief voices concern over worrying increase in COVID-19 deaths, says premature to declare victory

World Health Organisation (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has voiced concern about a "very worrying increase in deaths, in most regions of the world" due to COVID-19 and said it is premature for any country to either surrender to the virus or to declare victory over it.
