Whitmer signs bill extending discrimination protections to abortion care in Michigan

The Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act has been broadened to include discrimination protections for Michiganders who receive abortions, under legislation signed into law by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer Wednesday.
