Whitmer, Dems roll out tax plan; GOP says not good enough

Governor Gretchen Whitmer and the Legislature’s Democratic leaders rolled out a tax relief plan Monday that includes sending out $180 rebate checks and expanding the earned income tax credit. Republicans in the minority say the Democrats’ plan doesn’t go far enough. We have more from Rick Pluta.
