Whitehorse woman files legal challenge to SCAN Act after eviction notice
A mother of eight who lives in the Cowley Creek subdivision and was given a five-day eviction notice has filed a petition to the Yukon Supreme Court questioning the decision as well as the constitutionality of a section of the Safer Communities and Neighbourhoods Act .
