Which school district pays teachers the most in each N.J. county?

At the top of the salary bracket, New Jersey’s highest-paid teachers, often those with advanced degrees and years of teaching experience, average a salary of about $88,000 across all 21 counties — that’s according to state data analyzed by NJ Advance Media.
“We want the most talented, most capable people in New Jersey’s classrooms teaching our students. One of the ways that you attract those people to the profession and one of the ways you keep those people in the profession is by paying professional wages,” Steve Baker, spokesman for the New Jersey Education Association, told NJ Advance Media.
