ALBANY - New York will soon add 10 new COVID-19 mass vaccination sites across the state.
The sites are expected to come online in the coming weeks as more vaccines become available, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Monday.
The new sites will include spots across upstate New York, the Hudson Valley, Long Island and New York City.
The final details, such as appointment scheduling information and hours of operation, will be released in the coming days, his office said.
"Thanks to increasing vaccine supply from our partners in Washington we can utilize more of our state's capacity to distribute doses, and once they are open, these new sites will allow us to continue to get shots into arms on a large scale," Cuomo said in a statement.
