Where does Seaside Park rank on News 12 Connecticut's Best Beaches list?

Each week News 12's Justin DeVellis will be visiting a beach in Connecticut - suggested by you as the best!
This week, Justin ranks Seaside Park in Bridgeport on a scale of one to 10 as far as best beaches go!
Bridgeport's most famous charcter, PT Barnum, donated the land to the city in 1865.
At the West End, you will see Fayerweather Island and the lighthouse which guided navigators into the Black Rock Harbor from 1823 to 1932.
