Arizona's number of identified COVID-19 cases has reached 844,302 (up 464 from the day before), and the number of reported deaths decreased by one to 16,990. Arizona Department of Health Services spokesperson Steve Elliott said a combination of lower reporting and de-duplication of data could explain the decreased number.
