When South Dakota's House majority leader collapsed at special session, two nurse-legislators stepped up

On Nov. 9, House Majority Leader Kent Peterson experienced a medical incident during a closed-door GOP caucus meeting. While some lawmakers called for security, two first-term lawmakers -- Reps. Taylor Rehfeldt and Sydney Davis -- leapt up to his aide.
