"Crying makes me feel amazing," says 29-year-old piano teacher Deanne Glenn.
"After I cry, I feel calm and still, even if the problem I am facing is still there."
Given crying is a natural human response to strong emotions and many of us have been experiencing more strong emotions than we might be used to during the coronavirus crisis, it isn't surprising some of us have found crying has come a bit more easily these days.
Some people, like Deanne, don't mind the chance for a few big sobs.
