Wheeling Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors Presents Shake, Raffle & Roll Fundraiser Saturday

WHEELING — The Wheeling Symphony Orchestra board of directors will present Shake, Raffle & Roll — a reverse raffle fundraiser supporting the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra. The event will be held at The Highlands Event Center at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 1.
The evening will feature a $5,000 grand prize, additional cash and other prizes, heavy hors d’ouevres and desserts and a cash bar. Social-distancing rules will be observed.
This unique evening of cash and other prizes, food, drink and comradery will all be done to support the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra.
Though the Wheeling Symphony has had virtual, televised and streamed concerts during the past year, Shake, Raffle & Roll is the board of directors’ first major fundraising event since the onset of the pandemic in March of 2020. The reverse raffle event will be held at the Highlands Event Center, but those who are more comfortable at home will be able to join the event via a Zoom link.
