WhatsApp Business is working on a feature to allow WhatsApp Business accounts to set a cover image on their profiles. Spotted recently by a feature tracker, the feature that is currently being developed resembles the profile photo feature on Facebook. However, WhatsApp is yet to reveal any details of such a feature, and it is unknown whether the feature will come to regular WhatsApp accounts in the future.
