What will the new $1.6B Moynihan station do for NJ Transit riders at Penn Station?

If visiting out-of-town relatives come to New York City by train after Friday, Moynihan is the new grand train station you want to meet them at.
Starting Friday, passengers can skip the underground “rabbit warren” that historians derisively nicknamed the low-ceiling subterranean maze that replaced the majestic original Penn Station in the mid 1960s.
