What Tybee Island officials are doing to prepare for Orange Crush in April

SB 443, recently introduced by Senator Ben Watson and Representative Jesse Petrea will allow any municipality in Georgia, like Tybee Island, to sue to recover damages from promoters of unsanctioned or unpermitted events.
