KY LEGEND'S HERB & HONEY GLAZED HAM w/ ROASTED SWEET POTATOES
ROAST:
12 shallots, peeled
1 tbsp (15 mL) each finely chopped fresh rosemary and thyme
1 tsp (5 mL) each salt and pepper
1 Kentucky Legend Whole Ham
GLAZE:
1/4 cup (60 mL) butter
