Northern Air Family Fun Center hopes to allow minors in its ax-throwing area, which includes beer and wine service, and area businesses and nonprofits hope to find more spots to host charitable gambling. Those requests, plus a longstanding question over which COVID-19 changes will remain after the pandemic, means Grand Forks civic leaders are set to review the city's alcohol regulations later this winter.
