What Happened To The COVID-19 Tracker App – Questions John Dumelo

 
Ghanaian actor, John Dumelo has questioned the whereabouts of the COVID-19 Tracker that was launched by the government with features for contact tracing and symptoms tracking.
The app is supposed to be on IOS and android devices.
The actor’s question follows the surge in Ghana’s COVID-19 cases.
In a tweet on Monday, 18 January 2020, Mr Dumelo asked:
“What happened to the COVID-19 tracker app?”
Speaking at the launch of GH COVID-19 Tracker (an app to track COVID-19 cases in Ghana)  in Accra on Monday, 13 April 2020, Vice-President Mahamudu Bawumia, stated that the gathering and availability of data has played a significant role in Ghana's battle against COVID-19 so far.
