What are next steps in Peoria's too-tight-to-call mayoral race?

Entering Thursday, just 73 votes separate the contenders in Peoria's mayoral race. And while Jim Montelongo holds the lead, both candidates are expected to pick up votes in the coming days.
We won't know who the official winner is until April 20 because of vote-by-mail ballots.
