Chilly air returned to the Susquehanna Valley Tuesday and it may be followed by some wet snow for Wednesday. A storm now over the Texas panhandle will race east into the Mid-Atlantic states and south of the Susquehanna Valley tonight into tomorrow. Temperatures will be marginal but since we're going to be on the north side of the weak storm, we expect a mix of rain and wet snow to begin later tonight and continue most of Wednesday. If we see accumulations it'll be on the grass and elevated surfaces with maybe a coating south and east of Harrisburg and up to 3" in higher spots northwest of there. The storm will move out and we'll have a couple of quiet days with seasonable or milder temperatures Thursday and Friday. Another storm could bring another rain to snow mix Saturday. More on that in the next few days. Behind that system it'll be very cold and windy for Sunday but turning milder into next week.
