WESTFORD -- The town will commemorate Memorial Day with an in-person ceremony, but COVID-19 restrictions may limit attendance.
Veteran's Service Officer Ryan Cobleigh said the ceremony is set for noon May 30 on the Westford Town Common, after a reading of the Honor Roll.
Cobleigh said attendance is currently limited to 150, but that the number may change in concert with state rules.
The traditional parade will not take place, and all participants and audience members must wear masks and comply with social distancing.
A video tribute will be broadcast in conjunction with Westford Community Access Television.
The COVID-19 pandemic prompted the cancellation of last year's in-person ceremony, with a virtual program made available.
