Westfield council finds lots to debate in parking area lighting enforcement

The majority of the three-and-a-half hour long Westfield City Council meeting on April 6 was taken up by a public hearing on a petition for a zoning amendment of the city’s lighting ordinance, submitted by Ward 6 Councilor William Onyski.
