LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — Students will be able to start learning how to be a teacher at Western Technical College and transfer to Viterbo University under an agreement announced Thursday.
Western, Viterbo and the Wisconsin Technical College System announced a new transfer agreement for students in the Early Childhood Education and Foundations of Teacher Education programs starting this fall.
