West should stop 'tip-toeing' around Putin and impose sanctions to prevent Ukraine invasion, says financier

Head of the Global Magnitsky Justice campaign Bill Browder says the West should move now against Russian President Vladimir Putin's own money and the oligarchs who hold his funds, to deter him from invading Ukraine.
