Officials with the Volunteer Firemen Association of West Salem have announced the date of their upcoming BBQ Pork Chop Dinner. That date is Saturday, April 1st starting at 4 PM. BBQ pork chops, baked potato, baked beans, coleslaw, bread, and dessert are what's on the menu for the event along with tea and lemonade for beverage options. The price of the dinner is a free will donation. The fire house is located at 106 E South Street.
