West Fargo VFW settles sexual assault lawsuit after bar staff wheeled woman up to assailant's apartment

The woman will seek $150,000 in damages from the bar's insurance company. Bruce McCartney, who pleaded guilty to sexual assault, could still go to trial in the civil case.
