WEST FARGO FIRE DEPARTMENT HEADQUARTERS WEST FARGO, ND NOTICE OF BID The West Fargo Fire Department, West Fargo, ND, is presently soliciting competitive “Prime Contract Bids” for the new West Fargo Fire Department Headquarters building and associated site work. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM local time, on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022 at the address noted below. Bids received after this time will not be considered. No other agent is authorized to receive bids. Bids will be will be publicly read aloud and tabulated for review at the West Fargo City Hall Training Room, 800 Fourth Ave E, West Fargo, ND. The complete bid form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
