West Cork Distillers has released its latest limited-edition blended Irish whiskey.
The West Cork Stout Cask is a blend of grain and malt Irish whiskey aged in Bourbon casks for four years. The expression is finished for six months in Irish stout casks. The casks are from Irish brewer Blacks of Kinsale, which is based in Cork.
The release is West Cork's second collaboration with Blacks of Kinsale following an IPA Cask Finish expression launched in August.
