West Coast Expressway's Section 11 set to open by April

SECTION 11 of the West Coast Expressway (WCE) from Beruas to Taiping (South) in Perak is expected to be commissioned in the first quarter of this year, at the latest in April, says the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM).
