West Chester Police Chief Jim Morehead retires, Josh Lee sworn in as new chief

Chief Jim Morehead said goodbye to fellow officers at Friday Jan. 12, 2024’s ceremony, outside, at police headquarters, and new Chief Josh Lee took over as top cop following in a Tuesday swearing-in ceremony.
