Wesley Rayton Sr. pleads guilty to murder after video showed fatal Topeka shooting

Wesley T. Rayton Sr., 48, pleaded guilty Tuesday to first-degree murder in last year's fatal shooting of Michael Comp, 40, in southeast Topeka.
