壹傳媒被呈請清盤 - 香港 - 香港文匯網

獲委任調查壹傳媒事務的審查員陳錦榮，早前向財政司司長提交中期報告。財政司司長陳茂波考慮過中期報告後，基於公眾利益，昨日（29日）已按《公司條例》賦予的權力，向原訟法庭提交將壹傳媒清盤的呈請。
