Wendy's customer hospitalized after ordering cheeseburger sues food fast chain

A couple is suing Wendy's after customer Jena Vogt developed E. coli, cerebral hemorrhaging and septic shock as a result of eating a contaminated burger, a new lawsuit alleges.
