LISBON — Terrance Haywood, accused in the shooting death of Destiny A. Moody in Wellsville in 2019, could face a Common Pleas Court jury in May.
Haywood, 28, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, is charged with murder, two firearm specifications, aggravated burglary, tampering with evidence and having weapons while under a disability. He could face up to life in prison if convicted of the murder charge, which is an unclassified felony.
During a hearing before Judge Scott Washam Friday afternoon, dates were selected for an upcoming trial, as well as two additional times for the attorneys to meet with Washam for status conferences.
