Wellsboro's Chili & Chowder with a Chance for Chocolate raises money for Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries

Downtown Wellsboro was filled with people for the Winter Celebration on Saturday afternoon.  The proceeds from Chili & Chowder with a Chance for Chocolate benefit the Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries.
