Welfare Party Of India protests against the continuous increase in crude, diesel and cooking gas prices
Bhatkal: 6 February 2021 (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Petrol, diesel and cooking gas prices are rising in the country day by day. Rather than making it simpler for the people, the representatives of the people are causing issues. People should wake up and raise their voices against it. “Advocate Tahir Hussain, State President, Welfare Party of India, has expressed these views here today at Bhatkal on behalf of the Welfare Party of India on petrol, diesel and cooking. On that occasion, he lashed out at the central and state governments and said they were all trying to mislead and fool the people, so we will continue to protest until these problems are solved. He also said the demonstration is not for any political gain, but for the public interest, because he has to pay the same price for what other people pay and it rises no matter which party an individual belongs to. The burden of prices falls on everyone. On this occasion, through the Bhatkal Assistant Commissioner, the Welfare Party of India Uttarakhand District Branch handed over a memorandum to the President. 130 crore people of the nation are facing a new problem every day, according to the memorandum. For owners of tractors, vans, lorries, cars and other related vehicles, rising crude oil prices cause trouble. However, the price of crude oil was 130 per barrel during the Manmohan Singh government at the Centre, and at that time the price of petrol was Rs 70.
