Friday
Friday will start off dry, with plenty of sunshine, according to Met Éireann.
Showers will develop in the afternoon, becoming most widespread across the southern half of the country through the day. Temperatures of 9°C to 12°C.
There will be some lingering showers early on Friday night, but these will soon die away and the rest of the night will be dry with clear spells. Another cold night, with lowest temperatures of -1°C to 3°C.
Saturday
Any mist or fog will clear early on Saturday morning and it will be mainly dry to begin.
Once again, cloud will increase, with scattered showers developing, though they will not be quite as heavy or as widespread as previous days. Highest temperatures of 9°C to 12°C.
