The Illinois Department of Transportation is alerting those traveling on Route 14 near the Franklin - Hamilton County line of a road closure this weekend.
Beginning Friday at 6 p.m. Route 14 will be closed between Ewing Road and Meadows Lane to replace a drainage structure, weather permitting. The road is expected to be open by 6 a.m. on Monday.
Drivers should follow the marked detour route.
Message boards and signs will alert traffic of the closure.
