WARREN — Sunday’s steady rainfall caused flooding in some areas of Braceville and in Warren.
In Braceville, the surrounding areas near Eagle Creek experienced some flooding on Barclay Messerly, Braceville Robinson and Eagle Creek roads; however Trustee Dennis Kuchta said it’s common in the area during heavy rains.
He said the roads typically flood when there is an inch or more of rain. The National Weather Service reported 1.46 inches fell on the Mahoning Valley on Sunday.
