The residents and pedestrians have demanded that BBMP ensure the footpath is free from dry waste. “The BBMP authorities, especially solid waste management department officials, have to take measures to prevent dumping of dry waste on the footpath. It is preventing pedestrians from walking on the footpath,’’ said Joseph M, a resident of the area.
