The President of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria, Pretty Okafor, has stated that the union cannot protect the interests of Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, because he was not a member of the association. Mohbad died on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. Following his death, there have been allegations that he was assaulted by Naira Marley and his crew. In a viral video, Mohbad’s mother said her son did not know rest from the moment singer, Naira Marley, came into his life.
