Not seeing any fog actually on these cameras. Its kind of difficult to see any of it right here even though we do see it in some spots. East and westbound on the schuylkill expressway looking good. So far so good on the schuylkill. Watching a disabled vehicle out in conshohocken on moorehead avenue. We havent seen an increase yet. Usually we dont for another hour or so for wood haven to the vine. And speeds there into the 60s. Jessica, thank you. Today school buses will again take students to and from school in the Lehigh Valley. Classes were canceled last week after fire damage destroyed more than two dozen buses parked at a depot. The district is getting a helping hand. Tell us about that. Reporter right, vai and tracy, the Parkland School district had to borrow some school bus. Heres some of them right here from other school districts. This is what happened on friday morning. Take a look at that video. You might remember this. This was early in the morning. More than two dozen buses were destroyed or damaged early in the morning. Those buses were housed in a garage just behind the Orfield Middle School here. Each one of the burned buses runs about 90,000. And the district does have insurance, but maintenance workers have been trying as best they can to make repair tuesday the lesser destroyed buses over the weekend to get them back on the road. Classes had been canceled on friday because of the bus shortage. Now some good news that classes will be resuming today with these borrowed buses. And the cause of that fire is still under investigation. For now im live in south white hall township, matt delucia, nbc 10 news. Meantime in philadelphia the red cross is helping eight people forced out of their home by a fire. Crews responded to a house yesterday. Investigators will be looking for the cause of that fire. And happening today, Dover Air Force base will conduct an active shooter exercise. Local and state Law Enforcement will assist in that drill. If you live in the area you will hear some sirens today. Again, its just a drill. And if udrive in the area you will see some signs alerting about possible delays. The National Outcry to End Gun Violence is getting louder. Students are at the center of the debate over gun control and today President Trump says it will be his top priority when he meet with the nations governors at the white house. Dray. Good morning, tracy and vai. President trump says the deadly mass shooting in florida is the top issue he want to discuss with those governors. He wants to get their input because many of the possible changes to the countrys gun laws can happen faster actually at the state level. Meanwhile lawmakers are also returning to capitol hill today with Congress Going back in session. At the top of their agenda gun safety laws as with el. Some lawmakers are hoping to have a vote on banning assault weapons if its proposed. Meanwhile the Broward County sheriff in florida continues to face a lot of tough questions after it was discovered three of his deputies who were near the school when it happened never went inside to look for the shooter as they are trained to do. Based on his training, protocols, equipment and tactics he should have wept in and done everything he could have possibly done to neutralize the killer. He of course is Scott Pederson the former Broward County deputy who resigned after an investigation was launched into why an armed deputy who was also a School Resource officer did not enter that school since the shooting happened. He hasnt said a word since his resignation. And police are guarding his home after he received multiple death threats. But those clouds that are lingering this morning will start to break this afternoon. Weve got a northwesterly wind developing, and thats a big change from the weekend. Thats some dry air moving in that will allow the clouds to brick this afternoon. A bit of mist at the jersey shore to start with. 46 degrees right now. Not a whole lot warmer at 10 00. You wont clear out completely this afternoon, but youll get enough sunshine to warm into the middle 50s. Some areas of light fog, but those will disappear. A north korean envoy said leader kim jongun wants to improve ties with washington. But over the weekend the north condemned President Trumps message that the u. S. The Washington Post reports that Deputy Attorney general Rod Rosenstein warned the white house that kushners background check had hit a serious but unspecified snag. On friday chief of staff john kelly put in place a new policy tightening access for staffers without permanent clearance. But the white house will not say specifically if kushner is restricted. Happening understood a visitation for the late reverend billy graham is expected to draw thousands of people to charlotte, north carolina. When it comes to cold air were already getting a break. Were in the 40s right now. In fact 40s for most of the weekend. In the warmer neighborhoods and upper 40s for port richmond. Nobodys cold this morning. Summerton down to 41 degrees. Thats still well above normal. And well warm from the 40s into the 50s. Its going to take some sunshine to get us there, but we will see that sunshine finally this afternoon. And itll clear out nicely this evening. So itll cool down into the 40s. Which means, monday, tuesday and wednesday, the last three days of february are going to end on the warm and dry note. But as we go into march a rainy noreaster is growing. Friday night at 11 00, were drying out, clearing out. And the temperatures will be cooling down but beil see a nice dry weekend with temperatures that will stay about normal for this time of year. How much rain can you expect for that noreaster about half an inch in doylestown and three quarters of an inch at the shore. It is going to be rainy, but not today. Well see that fog clearing. Closer to 60 degrees for tuesday. Youll have to bundle up to start with. The sunshine wednesday morning fades in the afternoon, and thats that system thats going to come in, that noreaster with rain for thursday. And rain will really be picking up in the afternoon on friday. But i do expect it to move out just in time for the weekend. 40s for saturday and sunday. A little bit warmer for monday and tuesday another chance of some showers. But they should be out of the picture by wednesday. As bill has pointed out weve got some fog in someplace, but it doesnt appear to be a problem at route 22 and route 209. Watching that.
