Why did the schools armed campus resource deputy stand outside the building and not go inside right away to confront the shooter as 17 people were killed . This morning that deputy is off the job. He resigned yesterday after being told there was an internal investigation into his failures. Now, the Broward County sheriff says it is clear officer Scott Peterson could have done more to stop the shooting. And those in the Community Share that outrage. Maybe more could be still alive if he could gone inside and tried to stop something from happening. More wonders what our Police Officers in our area asked or are required to do in this situation. In jengenten officeress are mandated to go inside the school. It was protocol for officers to wait for s. W. A. T. To arrive before going inside, but that is not it case anymore.
