I saw man on fire in the floor and i hear, help help. People are screaming. Reporter a neighborhood on edge after a dramatic morning. Reporter this neighbor asked me not to show her and said she saw a man doused in gasoline lying on the ground next to a car. This neighbor told me she ran outside and tried carrying the man away from the burning car and screamed for help until somebody called for a police and ambulance.
