Parts of the bill did not meet Senate Budget rules. Paul ryan defended the bills impact on the economy this morning. More jobs occurred. You lower the job rate and make it more competitive. It will be ready for the president s signature. The federal government runs out of money on friday. There is no deal on the table as lawmakers have been focused on this tax bill. Secondly we restructured the business tax code will enable workers and businesses to compete globally and complete better paying jobs. Look at all of the clouds out there right now, but nothing in the way of rain until you go down into North Carolina and that is moving straight to the east and not effecting us. We are getting clouds from the Northern Edge of that system. Temperatures will be going dune little bit. This evening we are dropping down into the 30s. Even Lehigh Valley down to 29 degrees. New this morning a judge in philadelphia set a february 6th date to hear arguments for criminal charges against the engineer in the deadly amtrak derailment that happened in 2015. They want criminal charges to be reinstated against brandon. Three months ago a judge dismissed the charges. They are appealing that decision. He was openg train when it went around the curve at more than twice the speed limit. Eight people were killed. More than 200 were injured. Progress being made in the clean up of deadly amtrak derailment. This is new video. All of the Passenger Rail cars have been removed and taken away for further inspection. No estimate of when the highway will reopen. The agency that owns the track says amtrak did not wait for the positive train control system that may have prevented the wreck. Sound transit says the project was under an aggress iive schedule. The train was going 80 Miles Per Hour in a 30 Miles Per Hour soezone when it derailed on monday. Now as we go into next week that frigid air is coming in and thats going to set us up for later in the week when we have a much better chance of seeing some significant snow.
