Man in his 30s is dead after he was ejected from the car he was riding in. Two other men, a 42yearold and a 21yearold who were in the car with him when they were hit, are in stable condition. Right now, police are trying to track down the driver and the passenger of a second vehicle that hit the car causing it to lose control launching it through a picket fence to the porch of a home. On the lawn, the victim was ejected and thrown 30 feetment feet. He was transported to the hospital but declared dead. Both were toyotas. Police say its unclear which direction the cars were going at the time of the accident. The people in the car that set off the fatal chain took off on foot. The male driver and female passenger are believed to have had head injuries as a result of the crash. Police ran the place, and the car goes to someone who lives in the northeast. Police are trying to find out who left the scene causing this fatal accident. Police are also in the process of interviewing witnesses and checking for Surveillance Video. Also new from overnight, Police Looking at Surveillance Video from nearby homes as they search for two men after a Home Invasion in the juniata neighborhood. It happened around midnight on north 3rd. The suspects, one wearing a ski mask, tied up the person in the home with zip ties. Nothing was taken from the home. Democrat four doug jones is the apparent winner over roy moore, but moore has raised the possibility of a recount. Jones has a 20,000vote lead, nearly 2 advantage.
