Take a look at our current temperature change map this is comparing temperatures to 2 hours ago. Were three degrees warmer but not bad. Areas like philadelphia were nine degrees warmer than yesterday at this same time. Eight degrees warmer in wilmington and millville and seven degrees warmer in atlantic city. So not a bad change for us as we go through our morning hours. Many locations are actually above freezing. Areas like allentown and coatesville are getting close at 30 outside. The winds are helping us out. Yesterday they were 1015 miles an houring the windchill quite a bit lower than the true temperatures. Today we dont have that worry. Well talk about the temperature trend and the warmup through workweek coming up. Now back to that breaking news out of philadelphias feltonville neighborhood. One person dead following a triple shooting outside of this nightclub. Thats where nbc 10s Randy Gyllenhaal is live this. Randy, police just cleaning up the scene. Reporter police left within the last 30 minutes after conducting an hours long investigation. They tell us the bullets started flying here outside the a lounge at 4 00 this morning. A triple shooting. Also a homicide investigation. Police say the suspect, 27 years old, was outside of the club on the street here when he opened fire killing a 37yearold man, injuring another 24yearold. And at some point during all this Gunfire Police say it was the clubs Security Guard who came outside, saw what was happening, and shot that suspect in the leg, in the groin area, effectively ending the threat. That Security Guard now being interviewed by philadelphia police. Meantime, the suspect is alive and in Police Custody despite being shot two times. That suspect taken to temple hospital. We should also note that this block of the city is pretty familiar to police. The 4200 block of mcallister. We have been tracking about three different shootings here in the past three years which includes two homicides. The investigation into this homicide still under way. For now were live in feltonville, Randy Gyllenhaal, nbc 10 news. New this morning two women are getting checked out at the hospital after being hit by a car in east mt. Airy. The hitandrun happened around 3 30 this morning. Philadelphia police say the women suffered back injuries and other bumps and bruises. As you can see a car was hit in this. Investigators are looking for the driver of a van or suv that sped away. An overnight crash killed one person in willingboro, burlington county, just after 1 00 this morning. The driver, as you can see, apparently hit a tree. No word yet on what caused this crash. Oh, my god. Route 202 in Chester County is back open after this fiery crash that killed one person, injured several others and cause add tractortrailer to go up in flames. It all started with a Chain Reaction involving eight other cars and ended with the tractortrailer which, by the way, was hauling frozen turkeys, to become engulfed in flames.
