To give you a lay of the land, by 73, right where it insects with 38. The area between two major malls in south jersey. At this point were seeing more traffic here. So police are hoping to get this cleared up as quickly as possible. Of course, the investigation has to run its course. Theyve been here for about four hours taking photos, collecting whatever evidence they can. The body was still here at the scene because of the investigati investigati investigation. There are lane closures. And Maple Shade Police are are here at the scene. At one point, route 73 had been shut down entirely. Since then weve seen one lane in both directions getting by. No word on when the lanes will reopen. Again, well update you as we get more. The development in the last 30 minutes, theres been an arrest, according to authorities, of the person believed to be responsible in this deadly hit and run in maple shade. The fire first broke out around 11 00 last night. It took several hours, but weve learned that this fire is under control. The home is a complete loss. Were working to find out if anyone in the home was hurt. 4 33. Witnesses heard the crackle of 15 gunshots as a driveby shooter sprayed bullets at four young men in southwest philadelphia. When police got to 24th and moore, they found two of the victims bleeding on the curb. Medics took them to the hospital. Someone rushed the other victims to the hospital in their car. Police think they have a lead on the suspect vehicle from surveillance video. One of the victims is a 15yearold, now in critical condition. The family of former pitcher roy halladay has announced plans for services to remember him. The family will hold a celebration of life for halladay at spectrum field in clearwater, florida, tuesday at 4 00 p. M. The service will be open to the public. Halladay died when his small plane crashed off the gulf coast of florida tuesday. He was 40 years old. Also last night, halladays family called him an amazing father, loving father and loyal friend and said he serves as an example of professionalism, integrity, and hard work for all who knew him. A man who allegedly swiped a roy halladay jersey from a growing memorial outside Citizens Bank park may not face a theft charge. Delawares Supreme Court ruled last year that the states Death Penalty was unconstitutional. However, prosecutors say if lawmakers reinstate capital punishment, they will seek it in this case. 18 prisoners are charged from the uprising in february. One corrections officer was killed. Delawares chief public defender called the prosecutions declaration an illconceived legally unfounded proposal. First is we had the house tax first we had the house tax plan. Now republicans have revealed their plan. The plan the senate plan would eliminate the state and local income and cut corporate taxes by 20 . That cut would not go into effect right away. When the eagles traded him to north this year, he this to new orleans this year, he had to take a physical for the team. Doctors discovered an aortic aneurysm. He needed immediate openheart surgery.
