We can say things we cant say things are running as smoothly on the roads because theres a lot of water out there. And when the fallen leaves mixes with the water, its difficult to drive over. Wet leaves are as slippery to drive over as ice. On the highways, be careful of hydroplaning. Traffic is going slower than normal because of ponding on the major interstates. As far as septa, i talked to a representative who says now they have no reports of any downed trees or downed wires thats causing service to be suspended. Septa says for Regional Rail riders and those on some of the trolley lines and bus routes, be patient. Expect delays this morning. Theres a lot of whoa. Water out there. And clearly, a lot of wind. State Police Charged the driver with dui after he hit a construction barrier sunday morning. The truck flipped and exploded into a ball of flames. Some unfortunate news, though, we are hearing from septa. While there are no major issues like downed trees or downed lines thats suspending service this hour, they are warning travelers just to be aware that there may be delays because of the slippery tracks. Some of the regional lines they say especially may be running slower than normal. They wanted us to get that alert out of out to riders this morning. Sources tell us this is the significant milestone in the investigation, one that President Trump seemingly reacted to on twitter yesterday. A white house lawyer said those tweets and others put out by the president had nothing to do with the russia investigation. Back to that investigation, were expecting to learn who has been indicted today and on what charges. In the past, Law Enforcement sources familiar with the matter have told nbc news that former Campaign ManagerPaul Manafort and former National Security adviser Michael Flynn have been key figures in the probe, even jared kushner, the president s soninlaw, has come under scrutiny once details of the indictment are made public. A Police Shooting at the king of prussia mall yesterday caused a lockdown at the largest mall on the east coast. Investigators say the suspect is wanted for two robberies in delaware and another at the mall this past saturday. Upper merion police tell us the osteoporosis start tell us the incident started when they found the robbery suspect in a stolen car. He took off when they approached, hitting two patrol cars. Then he tried to run down two officers. Thats when they started shooting. The suspect is in the hospital. His name and condition have not been released. Today in philadelphia, the family of this 8yearold killed by a hitandrun driver will be looking for justice. Paul woodland is set to go on trial. Hes charged with hitting and killing jaona powell as she was walking in West Philadelphia last year and driving away. Today the judge in the bribery trial of new jersey senator bob menendez is expected to rule on a defense motion for a mistrial. Lawyers for mennen menendez and his codefendants have said the judge has not allowed to prem to present witnesses and evidence. Hes accused of accepting gifts from a florida eye doctor in exchange for political favors. Both men have denied that. 47 degrees outside.
